Manager of Information Systems
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical oversight and end-user support for our suite of application software and data. The Manager of Information Systems is responsible for acting as the primary applications support contact for reporting, process and data integrity, as well as training, troubleshooting and resolving user issues and ensuring the existing interfaces with systems are operating optimally.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting and solving customer issues, proficient in Accounting applications (e.g., MRI) and Database technologies. The Manager of Information Systems will coordinate the work of an outside consultant to create a Data Warehouse that consolidates the company’s various reporting access points. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the data integrity of the warehouse. While primary support responsibilities typically involve software, they will also include hardware products and integration including audio visual tools, touch screen panels and mobile devices.
Responsibilities
- Reporting process and Data Integrity from all Financial and Business Systems, including Data Warehouse
- Liaison to all internal Departments and IT Consultants. Respond to requests from departmental users for information or assistance regarding application problems. Monitoring, resolving or escalating help desk issues as appropriate to the respective contact (e.g., WGM, MRI, etc.)
- Provide support, training and troubleshooting for company computer system and data base applications including testing and implementation of systems installations and upgrades
- Develop and prepare user documentation and training materials
- Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Maintain and create documentation for technical troubleshooting and best practices
- Develop and recommend changes in software-related departmental policies and procedures.
- Communicate new policies and procedures to staff
- Interface with vendors who define technical specifications and time schedules for modification of existing systems or implementing new systems
- Trains users in new and existing software releases
To qualify, you must have…
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience and certifications in a technical field; MBA and/or CPA a plus

Enterprise Network Consultant
Job Information
An expanding company based in the western United States is seeking an Enterprise Network Consultant to join our team. The Enterprise Network Consultant requires a combination of outstanding technical subject matter expertise, customer presentation and project management skills needed to successfully design, implement and support today’s leading network technologies for WGM’s customers. They must possess superior communication and interpersonal abilities as well as the capacity to work with all levels of clients’ personnel and cross-functional project teams. What you will be doing:
- Serve as multiple WGM clients’ outsourced IT Director, driving IT strategy, developing roadmaps, preparing budgets, consulting with management, managing project implementations and ensuring quality IT service delivery.
- Conduct needs analysis for clients’ business and IT requirements; evaluate Client environments, prepare Technical Assessment documents; and design solutions appropriate to Client’s business needs.

The candidate must have a strong background in analytics tools and web tracking implementations/solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing web solutions, seeing the solution through to implementation and turning the resulting data into actionable insights, guidance and feedback in order that marketing product owners can better optimize their products/websites. A blend of strong analytical thinking and an understanding of the technical side of analytics implementations are required.
What you will be doing:
- Leading complex, high-profile, cross functional initiatives
- Using advanced digital analytics aptitude and experience with cutting edge industry practices (audience clustering, multi-touch digital attribution, tag management, testing and optimization, data driven retargeting, etc.)
- Working with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators, benchmarks and targets across various websites/projects
- Providing insights to product teams on the success of websites, mobile apps, OLA, microsites, marketing campaigns, etc. for the purpose of optimizing results
- Gathering information and conducting analysis of current and historical data to identify trends/inconsistencies
- Research across multiple sources of data (Adobe, BI platform, database queries, historical, offline, industry, etc) while interfacing with other Marketing teams, departments and vendors directly to understand changes in traffic patterns/consumer behavior

Requirements:

- Experience measuring the success of various marketing campaigns/strategies: Search Engine Marketing, Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimization, eCommerce, Electronic Bill Payment, etc.
- Deep knowledge of web analytics applications (Adobe experience is highly desired)
