Chuck Matthews
Chairman and CEO
Chuck Matthews, the Chairman and CEO of WGM Associates LLC, is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the company. His background includes 28 years in management, finance, real estate and technology providing a solid foundation for leading the company’s experienced team. After many successful years in banking, Chuck held leadership roles with DMB Associates and IntelliCommunities where he pioneered the use of advanced technologies to develop the infrastructure and related services for master planned communities. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Arizona.
Gary Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Gary Williams has over 30 years of experience in finance and operations for technology and distribution companies. As CFO, he is responsible for financial guidance on strategy and plans, financial statement preparation and analysis, and managing risk. Prior to joining WGM, Gary was CFO of Avella Specialty Pharmacy for five years. Before Avella, He served in various senior financial and operational roles at Avnet Technology Solutions, North America. Gary holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Simon Taylor
Executive Vice President
Simon Taylor is an internationally recognized leader in Information Technology and Security with over three decades of experience including product innovation, business development, business transformation and IT operations management. He served as an executive at leading technology and financial services companies across Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America; including more than ten years at HSBC, where he was responsible for all IT Operations across the Americas. More recently, Simon served as VP of Product and Consultant to the Board of Glasswall Solutions Ltd, the award-winning UK cyber security innovator. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Microelectronics from Newcastle University in the UK.
Michael McAndrews
Vice President of Network Security Services
Michael McAndrews is an internationally recognized leader in Network Forensics Investigations, Penetration Analysis, and Network Security Engineering with more than 15 years’ experience. Michael served in the FBI as a Special Agent investigating computer intrusions, Internet frauds and intellectual property violations. He also served as a member of the FBI’s Cyber Action Team (CAT), a fly team which deployed worldwide on National Security and Criminal cases. Most recently Michael served as a Senior Network Security engineer at BitVoyant and Packet Forensics.
Todd McCullough
Operations Manager
Todd McCullough is a recognized leader in managing operations and high-performing teams of IT/IS consultants. With more than 25 years of experience in information services and technology, Todd brings the experiences, knowledges and tools to effectively manage the delivery of services to WGM’s customers.
